Drive to the summit of Maui’s highest peak for an amazing view of the island. If you’re coming to Maui straight from the mainland, take advantage of the jetlag and head to the summit for sunrise (a permit is required for sunrise). Still beautiful though any time of day. On clear days, sunset and stargazing is excellent.
